Reservation requests submitted 10 business days or more prior to the date of the event, No Additional Charges will be added. Reservation requests submitted 9-6 business days prior to the date of the event, $50.00 Additional Charge. Reservation requested for Fridays at any time will not be accepted. Also, reservations requested for Saturdays after 6pm will not be accepted. INITIAL HERE
If charging admission, NO funds can be taken by members of your organization. All funds must be taken by TerpZone staff at the service desk. INITIAL HERE
If providing food, it MUST be provided by food services from within the Stamp Student Union, Goodies-To-Go or a University of Maryland Dining Services operation. INITIAL HERE
If your request has been approved, payment in full MUST be received 72 hours prior to the event or the event will be considered cancelled by the Program Coordinator. INITIAL HERE
Any and all charges of service or damages to the TerpZone and/or the equipment are the responsibility of the group or organization. INITIAL HERE
The group/organization is responsible for the clean up of any area(s) utilized during the event. The group/organization will be charged a fee of no less than $100.00 for clean up left for TerpZone/Union staff to complete. INITIAL HERE
Any decorations MUST be approved PRIOR to the event by the Program Coordinator. Items are prohibited from being nailed, screwed or taped to the facility or disassembling, altering or removing any item or fixture or the University without prior permission in writing from the University. INITIAL HERE
The consumption of Alcoholic Beverages is not permitted in the TerpZone. If any alcoholic beverage is found in your group's possession while utilizing this space, you and your group will not be granted any future reservation privileges and may be subject to University sanctions. INITIAL HERE
